Service Description

This class will be held virtually every Saturday via Zoom. Space is limited and we ask that you book in advance for planning purposes. You'll need a pair of dumbbells, small resistance bands, and a great attitude. The purpose of this class is to get you moving first thing Saturday morning for 30 minutes. We'll be doing body weight movements as well as some basic lifting movements. Hope to see you there.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance. Please feel free to contact us if something comes up less than 24hrs in advance and we'll do or best to accommodate the situation. A 5 minute grace period is included within each scheduled appointment but please be respectful of both mine and your own time.
